Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of MyBookSlot, a scheduling software service operated by Codepower OÜ. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

MyBookSlot provides online scheduling, booking pages, calendar integrations, and related tools for professionals and businesses. MyBookSlot sells access to software. It is not a party to the appointments, lessons, consultations, or other services you offer to your own customers.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate law, or harm other users.

3. Subscriptions and trials

Paid plans are billed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. A limited free trial may be offered without a payment method. After trial expiry or subscription cancellation, paid features (including public booking pages and new bookings) may be restricted. Existing data is retained according to our Privacy Policy unless you request deletion.

Pricing is shown on the pricing page. Applicable taxes may be collected by Paddle. See also our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

4. Booking payments between you and your clients

If you enable payment collection on bookings (for example via Stripe or PayPal), those payments are between you and your client under your own terms. MyBookSlot and Codepower OÜ are not the merchant for those transactions and do not set refunds for your services.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass billing, security, or access controls.
• Do not scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law.

6. Intellectual property

MyBookSlot, its branding, and the software interface are owned by Codepower OÜ or its licensors. You retain rights to your own content and customer data that you upload or collect through the service.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change. We may update these Terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of material updates where permitted by law.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Codepower OÜ is not liable for lost profits, lost bookings, or indirect damages arising from use of the service, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
