1. Who we are

2. Data we process

• Account data: name, email, username, password hash, locale, timezone, and profile settings.
• Scheduling data: event types, availability, bookings, attendee names/emails, and related messages.
• Billing data: subscription status and Paddle customer/subscription identifiers. Payment card details are processed by Paddle, not stored by MyBookSlot.
• Technical data: logs, device/browser information, IP-based locale hints, and security events.
• Integrations: calendar and payment app credentials you connect, stored as needed to provide the feature.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Provide and improve the scheduling service (contract / legitimate interests).
• Billing, fraud prevention, and account security (contract / legitimate interests / legal obligation).
• Support and service communications (contract / legitimate interests).
• Legal compliance and dispute handling (legal obligation / legitimate interests).

4. Sharing

We share data with processors who help run the service, including:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers;
• Email delivery providers;
• Paddle as Merchant of Record for SaaS subscriptions;
• Calendar or payment providers you choose to connect.

We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Data may be processed in the EU/EEA and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

We keep account and booking data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, billing records, and legal claims, unless a shorter or longer period is required by law or you validly request deletion.
