Questions before you start
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. You get 7 days of Solo with no credit card. After that you can stay on Free with limits or move to Solo, Team, or Agency.
What happens on the Free plan?
1 active service, up to 20 bookings a month, 1 connected calendar, and the MyBookSlot mark on the page.
How do guest reminders work?
On Solo and above you can send automatic email reminders, plus SMS when a phone number is present. You control it per event type.
Is MyBookSlot suitable for the EU / GDPR?
Yes. The application is hosted at Contabo in Germany. You can export and control your data. Some providers, including payments via Paddle, may process data outside the EU.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from payment settings. See the cancellation and refund pages for details.
Is there an affiliate program?
Yes. See the Affiliate section on this page or /affiliate for details. You earn 20% of paid plan payments for 12 months when a referred user upgrades. Request payout via Revolut, PayPal, or bank once your balance is over €70.
Which language does my client see?
Guests see the booking page in their language and in their local time. You keep your own time zone.
